The established riding resort with 77 boxes for horses, indoor vestibule 65 x 25m, outdoor arena with high - quality surface and bottom irrigation 70x80m, preparation area 65x30m, merry-go-round about radius 8m, paddocks (own land + rented), accommodation for employee and clients, manufactory of pellets and gardening. The resort is located at the distance of the D4 motorway, at 14 km in the direction of Strakonice, between Čisovice and Řitka. The area is very well designed, all operations logically follow, and they are comfortable for clients, horses and employees. It offers a wide range of uses such as agrotourism, hiporehabilitation, riding school, organizing trainings, conferences, camps and riding races, etc. Arrival to the site is from a local road to a large parking lot. Behind the parking lot there is a compact building of a sheltered riding hall, where an administrative building with a guest house, a catering facility and facilities for visitors to the café is nestled on the eastern side. These parts have a common gable roof. Boxes for horses are added along the sides of the hall layout, there are 36 (18 + 18) 3x3.5m boxes with a spacious service corridor and direct access to the hall. There is a pleasant climate in the stable, the boxes have windows, in both parts of the stable there are washing boxes. On the ground floor of the administrative building there is a reception, boiler room, storage rooms, seven rooms, four of them with bathroom and toilet, visitors' facilities (changing rooms, showers, toilets, spacious salons) and a kitchen with a window and a dining room. On the first floor of the administrative building there is a space for building an apartment and a restaurant with a glazed view of the hall and an outdoor terrace overlooking the tilt - yard. Behind the indoor riding hall is the Hipostanice, where is a stable with 21 horse boxes, a washing box, a saddle and a social facility (WC) on the ground floor. On the first floor is a hostel with catering facilities (kitchen and dining room) and a reception with own sanitary facilities. There are three rooms (2 rooms for 4 people, 1 room for 6 people. Hygienic facilities (showers and toilets are located in the dressing rooms. The remaining area of the first floor is equipped with a conference room. Behind them is followed by gardening with ponds for aquatic plants (very interesting and profitable project). Another building is a pellet hall equipped with a pellet production line. The project also includes a fodder storage hall. Subsidies are handled for this construction. The area is supplied with water from two of its own boreholes, waste is diverted to two biological wastewater treatment plants, El. 220/380 with sufficient power for operation. The heating of the living space is ensured by central heating with two pellet boilers and the operation is thus fully self-sufficient, with very low costs.
